It is the policy of Pure Bio that nutritional supplements should only be taken under the guidance of an experienced healthcare practitioner. We therefore will only accept orders which have been prescribed by experienced health practitioners who are accredited to a recognised trade association.
When you telephone us to place an order we will ask you for the name of your practitioner. If you prefer to order on-line we will require you to provide your practitioner reference code
We sell our products exclusively via healthcare professionals. If you are a practitioner who has not worked with us before, see how easy it is for you to register with us as a practitioner.
You can place your orders by calling 01403 730342 Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. An answer phone service is available outside of office hours. Alternatively you can use our fax number 01403 732689 or email to info@purebio.co.uk at any time. Make use of our online shopping facility, where you can use your credit/debit card to order any of our products.
Payment Terms
On making your order by phone, fax, email or on-line, Pure Bio will require prepayment by credit/debit card. Orders may also be mailed and accompanied by cheque or card details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Electron, Solo and Maestro.
Return Policy
Goods may be returned with the seal intact within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns incur a £4.00 processing charge. We cannot refund carriage costs. We are unable to accept return of all liquids or any products requiring refrigeration.

Delivery
Inland items are sent by First Class* or Special Delivery**, with the exception of goods exceeding a critical weight. Such items will be delivered by Parcel Force, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise.
*PLEASE NOTE: First Class provides compensation in the event of loss or damage of your order ONLY UP TO £41.00.
**SPECIAL DELIVERY provides compensation for the full value of the order above £41.00, at additional cost according to weight. Please ask at the time of making your order. Special Delivery is also guaranteed for a next day delivery service.
If the value of the order exceeds £41.00 and the customer declines special delivery, Pure Bio Ltd. can only provide replacement or reimbursement in the case of loss or damage up to a maximum of £41.00
