Ordering Details

It is the view of Pure Bio that nutritional supplements should be taken under the guidance of an experienced healthcare practitioner. We therefore prefer to accept orders which have been prescribed by experienced health practitioners who are accredited to a recognised trade association. However, you can still order products (which are not restricted) without a practitioner's advice, but this is at your own risk and Pure Bio do not accept liability for any adverse reactions that may occur.

When you telephone us to place an order we will ask you for the name of your practitioner. If you prefer to order on-line we will require you to provide your practitioner's name or reference code.

You can place your orders by calling 01403 730342 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. An answer phone service is available outside of office hours. Alternatively you can use our fax number 01403 240705 or email to info@purebio.co.uk at any time. Make use of our online shopping facility, where you can use your credit/debit card to order any of our products.

All product prices on our website are inclusive of VAT, where VAT is applicable.

Payment Terms

On making your order by phone, fax, email or on-line, Pure Bio will require prepayment by credit/debit card. Orders may also be mailed and accompanied by cheque or card details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Electron, Solo and Maestro.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Right to cancel

We are unable to accept the return of all liquids or any products requiring refrigeration.  For all other products you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.  To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) to Pure Bio Ltd, Ground Floor, 44 Springfield Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 2PD. To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract we will reimburse to you all payments received from you including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).  All goods must be returned with the seal intact.  We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without  undue delay and not later than

  1. 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied
  2. (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
  3. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We may withold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Delivery

UK items are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24* or Royal Mail Special Delivery**, with the exception of goods exceeding a critical weight. Such items will be delivered by Courier, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE: 

*ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 provides tracking updates via email and/or text so you can monitor your delivery. Provides compensation for the full value of the order up to a maximum value of £150.00. Does not require a signature.

**ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY provides compensation for the full value of the order up to a maximum value of  £750.00. Special Delivery is also GUARANTEED FOR A NEXT DAY DELIVERY service and requires a signature.

If the customer declines Special Delivery, Pure Bio Ltd. cannot provide replacement or reimbursement in the case of loss or damage.

Items to Europe, USA and the Rest of the World will be sent using AIRMAIL or INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR.

PLEASE NOTE:

AIRMAIL provides no compensation in the event of loss or damage of your order and is NOT trackable.

INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR provides compensation for the full value of the order up to a maximum value of £250.00. This is a trackable option so you can monitor your delivery on its journey. Please note that a signature is required at the time of delivery.

If the customer declines International Signed For, Pure Bio Ltd. cannot provide replacement or reimbursement in the case of loss or damage.

For international deliveries there is a weight limit of 2000g (2kg) per order. Any orders in excess of this should be submitted as separate orders and will also be despatched in separate packages.

Every attempt will be made to despatch all orders received before 3.30pm on the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive a delivery please contact your local UK Royal Mail sorting office, or local customs office for international deliveries, to check it is not being held by them. Only once you have done this, please phone our sales office on 01403 730342 and inform us of the problem. We will then discuss with you the various options to resolve the issue.
